By accessing ACT Jobs (airconsulteam.com) or registering on our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You must be 18 or over and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom to register as a worker. Employers must be a legitimate UK-registered business. We reserve the right to verify your identity and right to work before placing you in a role.
By registering as a worker you confirm: all information provided is accurate and complete; you have the right to work in the UK; you will attend confirmed shifts on time; you will behave professionally at all employer premises; and you will notify us immediately if your right-to-work status changes.
By registering as an employer you confirm: your business is legally registered in the UK; all vacancies posted are genuine; you will provide a safe working environment; you will not discriminate unlawfully; and you agree to pay ACT Jobs invoices within the agreed terms.
Workers are paid under PAYE. Selected on-demand shifts offer same-day payment subject to shift confirmation. Permanent and fixed-term roles are paid on weekly or monthly schedules as agreed. Employers are invoiced per agreed commercial terms. All payments are subject to HMRC deductions.
You must not: provide false information; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent our matching process by contacting employers or workers directly to avoid our fee; scrape or copy platform data; or attempt to disrupt the platform's operation.
Airconsulteam Group's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. We do not guarantee the availability of specific vacancies or the suitability of any match.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account by emailing nadjim.zaidi@airconsulteam.com.
