When you register or contact us, we may collect: your full name, email address, phone number, location, work history, right-to-work documentation, and National Insurance number. When you visit our website we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, browser type, IP address).
We use your data to: match you with suitable job opportunities; verify your right to work; communicate with you about roles; report earnings to Job Centre Plus (Universal Credit claimants only, with your consent); comply with HMRC PAYE and RTI obligations; and improve our platform.
We process your data under: (a) contract — to deliver employment services you have requested; (b) legal obligation — HMRC, DWP and right-to-work compliance; (c) legitimate interests — matching workers to employers; and (d) consent — for marketing communications.
We share your data only with: employers who have active vacancies you have applied for; HMRC for PAYE/RTI reporting; DWP/Job Centre Plus where you have consented or where required by law; and our IT service providers under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
We retain your personal data for 6 years from the end of our relationship (HMRC requirement). Job applications not resulting in employment are deleted after 12 months. You can request deletion at any time subject to legal retention requirements.
